The Small Print: No enrollment fee. Membership requires a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual EFT (electronic funds transfer) contract and 30-day deactivation in writing. Members may switch memberships on the first of each month with notice in writing by the 25th of the prior month. Members may freeze up to 3 months per year due to illnesss, injury, vacation, etc... Boutique discount is on in-stock items and cafepress shop only. Hula Bar discount not applicable on specials. Some Special Third Party Events are excluded. Lili'i classes not used by the end of the month will be lost. Polynesian and Pole Classes (except those specifically listed in the Dance Fitness Class List) are excluded from Dance Fitness Membership.
