Welcome back everyone!
Starting a new year can sometimes feel hard, but learn to make it easier for yourself by setting realistic goals, do things that make you feel happy, and don’t worry if you feel like you over-indulged over the festive period – we’re all in the same boat!
Now we’ve got HulaFit® classes back up and running, we hope we will see you sooner rather than later! Speaking from personal experience – after taking a wonderful 6 weeks off work, exercise and healthy eating, we too are feeling a little podgier around the edges, a lot more out of breath during classes and a touch over-whelmed about being back at work! So lets ease our way back into the functioning world together, put some hip-shakin’ tunes on and get HULAFIT HAPPY!
